                    Visiting

                    Your family and pets are welcome to visit anytime.

                    Referral

                    Your healthcare provider may contact us to have you admitted.

                    In-home palliative bed program

                    Our program serves people with life-limiting conditions and their families.

                    We support you and your family by lending you equipment to use in your home at no cost. Contact Home Care or the palliative nurse consultant to arrange the delivery and pick-up of hospital beds, tables and other equipment.
