Our Learning and Development team aims to facilitate employee learning throughout the organization and to ensure all employees are able to access their education through our learning management system.
CLiC (learning management system)
CLiC is our learning management system. It is an online space that allows Covenant Health employees to learn and develop their skills through learning materials created in collaboration with subject matter experts. CLiC is also a space where you can connect with other members of the organization through discussion boards and workspaces.

Our Essential Education certification ensures that all Covenant Health employees understand the basics of health and safety at our sites along with our standards for quality and ethics.
You may receive additional orientation or specific training through your department or unit. Ask your manager for more information.
