Heart Device Clinic

Our program provides assessment, follow-up and support services for people with implanted heart devices such as pacemakers, cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs) and loop recorders (ILRs). 

We can help implant or replace your cardiac device, offer remote home monitoring, provide information and offer follow-up care to make sure your device is working well. 

Referral

You will need a heart doctor’s referral to visit our clinic.  

Get ready for your visit

Please bring the following to your appointment:

• photo identification card
• healthcare card
• current list of medications
