Long-term care
Covenant Health provides long-term care for people who need 24-hour nursing.
We provide long-term care for people who need 24-hour nursing and care cannot be safely provided at home or in designated supportive living. Our approach is person-centred. We honour your uniqueness. When you become a long-term care resident, you receive a care plan tailored to your choices and needs. Our interdisciplinary team works with you to support your wellness in body, mind and spirit and to help you live in comfort and dignity.
We have care centres across the province. At each centre, we offer a home environment, engaging activities and dedicated staff.
Long-term care is available once you have been assessed by a case manager.
