Supportive living for dementia
Covenant Health offers services in a secure setting for people living with dementia.
We offer services in a secure homelike setting for people living with dementia who need support with health and personal care. Our services are designed to promote your health and wellness in body, mind and spirit. We work with you and your family to give you personal choices in your care.
Care is available 24 hours from licensed practical nurses and health care aides. Community or home care nurses may also provide care if needed.
We have care centres across the province. At each centre, you will find a caring environment and dedicated staff. Fees are set by Alberta Health and include full meals, light housekeeping, laundry and recreation.
Access
You will need to apply for supportive living for dementia through a home care case manager. Phone 811 or email continuingcare@ahs.ca.
