Supportive living level 4
Covenant Health offers suppportive living for people who need assistance with health and personal care.
We offer services in a homelike setting for people who need support with health and personal care. Our services are designed to promote your health, wellness and independence as your needs change. We honour your uniqueness and find ways to tailor our support to your personal choices.
Care is available 24 hours from licensed practical nurses and health care aides. Community or home care nurses may provide care if needed.
We have care centres across the province. At each centre, you will find a caring environment and dedicated staff. Fees are set by Alberta Health and include full meals, light housekeeping, laundry and recreation.
