Obstetrics
The Grey Nuns Community Hospital provides services for expectant patients and babies before, during and after birth on an inpatient and outpatient basis. We support you and your baby with care based on your needs and wants.
We are a designated Baby-Friendly hospital. This means we meet requirements laid out by the World Health Organization and UNICEF, and adapted by the Breastfeeding Committee for Canada, to protect, promote and support breastfeeding for those who choose to.
All labour and delivery rooms are private, and postpartum rooms are either private or semiprivate (two beds).
