In line with the Public Sector Compensation Transparency Act, we report the compensation for any employee earning above the established threshold for the year.

The information released is the total annual compensation earnings for the year in question. This includes base salary, overtime, shift premiums, weekend premiums, on-call pay, sick pay, vacation pay, benefits and severance.

Definitions
Compensation: The income plus taxable benefits paid to a board member or employee. This amount does not include severance.
Other (non-monetary benefits): If total compensation in 2024 is $155,176 or more annually, non-taxable benefits must also be disclosed. This includes the public sector body’s share of pension, supplementary pension plans, dental and health spending accounts and other benefits.
Severance: The payments made when a person’s employment or appointment ends or a retiring allowance.
Attachments (when needed): An employment contract or severance agreement for 2024 employees who receive over $155,176 annually in compensation and/or severance.
