Complete these tasks where applicable to your role, before your first day of work. Make sure you submit essential documents first.
Complete a health assessment
You must complete a preplacement health assessment. During your assessment, we will review your immunization history and may recommend additional immunizations or follow-up.
Call Occupational Health, Safety and Wellness at 1.855.342.8070 before your start date to begin the process.
Review your employment agreement
Covenant Health has unionized and out of scope (non-unionized) staff. Review your employment agreement with us before you begin your new role.Learn more
Review policies and sign forms
There are some essential policies you’ll need to review as part of your employment contract with us. Once you’re finished, sign and submit the forms below to your manager before your first day of work.
