The Palliative Institute has free resources available to help people identify and share their wishes for health and personal care. These include professionally printed copies of the What Matters Most to You? brochure (available in English and French) and the My Wishes Alberta workbook (available in English, French, Arabic, Punjabi and Spanish).

How to order

Order free resources by completing the following steps:

1. Click on this link
2. Set up an account:
   1. Input your email address
   2. Locate the “DATAOnline Registration Invitation” in your email
   3. Click on the registration link and input the requested information
3. Click on the “Catalogue” and select your preferred resources
