James joined Covenant Care and Covenant Living in September 2024 as president and senior operating officer. With a wealth of experience in seniors' care, James is committed to enhancing the well-being of seniors and those in need through compassionate, person-centered care.
Before joining Covenant, James served as president of West Coast Seniors' Housing Management, where he played a transformative role in the organization. Under his leadership, the company embraced a culture of trust, integrity and mutual respect, while focusing on improving operational efficiency and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders.
As a certified coach, James believes in the power of people and understands that effective leadership is a collaborative effort. His dedication to fostering authentic communities and creating environments where everyone feels valued has been a hallmark of his career.
