Sarah Crawford-Bohl

Sarah Crawford-Bohl has more than 20 years of leadership experience across the continuum of health care. She began her career as a nurse and moved into progressively more responsible operational and executive roles, leading large, multisite portfolios in acute care, community health, long-term care and quality and safety. She is recognized for guiding teams through complex transformations with a steady hand, a focus on integration and quality and a deep commitment to patient experience.
Sarah holds a master of arts in leadership from Royal Roads University and a bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Victoria. She is also certified in change management, human systems dynamics and professional facilitation. A lifelong learner and advocate for courageous, values-based leadership, Sarah is passionate about fostering cultures where people feel valued, supported and inspired to do their best work.
