Sarah Cameron

Sarah Cameron joined Covenant Health as chief human resources officer in October 2022. As a member of Covenant’s executive team, she leads several areas, including strategic human resources planning; workforce analytics; organizational effectiveness; talent management; learning and development; human resources business services; human resources client partnerships; talent acquisition; total compensation; labour relations; and occupational health, safety and wellness.

Over the past 18 years, Sarah has held positions leading organizations in corporate strategy, organizational performance and effectiveness, talent management, leadership development and transformational change management. Most recently, she served as chief human resources officer for the City of Saskatoon.

With a belief in the power of relationships and collaboration to approach complex problems and influence real change, Sarah is passionate about creating a healthy and inclusive environment for teams to do their best work for those we serve.
