Alecia Baldwin
President and chief executive officer, Covenant Foundation (interim)
Alecia Baldwin has worked with the Covenant Foundation team since joining Covenant Health in March 2016. She currently serves as Director of Finance & Operations, having previously completed her articling with KPMG and earning her Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. She holds a Master of Professional Accounting degree from the University of Saskatchewan, which she completed in 2014.
Currently serving as interim president and CEO, Alecia has dedicated her entire professional career to the nonprofit sector. She leverages her technical expertise and industry knowledge to find practical solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness. Alecia works closely with Foundation teams and Covenant partners to transform philanthropic funding into impactful programs and services, guided by the implementation of the Foundation’s funding priorities framework.
Alecia's commitment to financial stewardship and operational excellence ensures that donor contributions create meaningful change across the communities served by Covenant Foundation.
